What are the Panini World Cup 2026 sticker editions and parallels?
Draft reference: seeking community input. Last updated November 6, 2026.
Panini made one World Cup 2026 collection, but it doesn't look the same everywhere. A sticker opened in New Jersey, São Paulo, Madrid or Zurich can have a different border, a different background and different rare versions inside the pack. Here is every edition and parallel we could verify, so you know exactly what you're holding.

Short answer: the Panini FIFA World Cup 2026 collection has the same 980 stickers everywhere, 7 to a packet. What changes by region is the look. US & Canada stickers have a white border and are the only ones with colored-border parallels (blue, red, purple, green, black and store exclusives). Latin American stickers have no border and are made in Brazil, and Mexico's appear to be the same (reported). International stickers have no border and ship from Italy. Switzerland's have a yellow-green background, edge to edge.
How we check: every fact on this page was checked against at least two independent sources, and each one is labeled:
- Confirmed: two or more independent sources agree.
- Reported: one source so far.
- Unconfirmed: sources disagree, or nobody has confirmed it yet.
Which edition do I have?
The regular sticker in each edition. Chart: everystickers.
| Edition | What the regular sticker looks like | Back of the sticker / ships from | Colored parallels in packs? | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| US & Canada | White border | Not confirmed | ✅ Yes | Confirmed |
| Latin America | No border, teal to the edge | "Made in Brazil by Panini Brasil Ltda. Barueri - SP" | None found in our internal testing | Confirmed |
| International (Europe & more) | No border, teal | Panini ships it from Italy | ❌ No | Confirmed |
| Switzerland "United Edition" | Yellow-green background, edge to edge; badges on gold; thicker paper | Panini ships it from Italy | ❌ No | Confirmed |
| Mexico | No border: the Latin American edition | Not confirmed | None reported | Reported: our sales to Mexican collectors, and Latin American promotions that ran in Mexico |
Every edition has the same 980 stickers: 48 teams with 20 each (badge, team photo and 18 players) plus 20 tournament and history stickers. 68 of them are special stickers in premium material, including the foil team badges.
What parallels are in US & Canada packs?
A parallel is the same sticker with a different colored border. They only come in the North American edition, on non-foil stickers.
| Parallel | How often (published average) | Where | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blue border | About 1 in 2 packs | All US & Canada formats | Confirmed |
| Red border | About 1 in 25 packs | All US & Canada formats | Confirmed |
| Purple border | About 1 in 200 packs | All US & Canada formats | Confirmed (one list says 1 in 204) |
| Green border | About 1 in 1,400 packs | All US & Canada formats | Confirmed (one list says 1 in 1,529) |
| Black border | One of one: a single copy of each sticker | All US & Canada formats | Confirmed |
| Orange border | Not published | Amazon boxes only | Confirmed |
| Fuchsia (pink) border | About 1 in 77 packs (reported) | Costco Stadium Box only | Confirmed exists; odds reported |
| Lime green border | About 1 in 77 packs (reported) | Sam's Club only | Confirmed exists; odds reported |
"1 in 25 packs" is an average: you might pull two reds in one box and none in the next.
What are crumple parallels?
Crumple stickers have a textured, crinkled finish. They came only in Panini's online iCollect box (50 packs and an album, $134.95, sold out).
| Crumple parallel | How often | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Gold Flood Crumple | About 6 per pack | Confirmed |
| Blue Crumple | About 1 in 2 packs | Confirmed |

| Purple Crumple | 1 in 204 or 1 in 285: sources disagree | Reported |
| Green Crumple | About 1 in 1,529 packs | Confirmed |
| Black Crumple | One of one | Reported |
What are Extra Stickers?
Extra Stickers are 20 star players (Messi, Mbappé, Yamal, Haaland and others) that sit outside the 980. The album has no space for them and Panini's missing-stickers service doesn't sell them.
| Level | How often | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Regular (purple) | About 1 in 100 packets for any Extra Sticker | Confirmed |
| Bronze, silver, gold | Rarer in that order; odds per level not published | Confirmed |
| In US & Canada packs? | No source confirms it | Unconfirmed |

Is more coming?
No new World Cup 2026 sticker product has been announced since the tournament. There's also a free FIFA Panini Collection app with digital stickers. Looking further ahead, FIFA has moved its stickers and cards to Fanatics (Topps) from 2031, so the 2030 World Cup album will be Panini's last.
Myth Busters
Myth "My sticker has a white border and my friend's doesn't. Is one of them fake?"
Busted Both can be genuine. The white border is the US & Canada edition; Latin American and international stickers have no border.
Check instead the back of the sticker and the print quality. Our guide Is my Panini sticker fake? shows what to look at.
Myth "Can I find blue or red parallels in Latin American packs?"
Busted Panini America says the colored parallels are only in the North American version, and none turned up in our internal testing of Latin American packs.
Check instead where your packs came from. White-border packs from the US or Canada are where parallels live.
Myth "Is the yellow-green Swiss sticker a rare parallel?"
Busted It's the regular sticker in Switzerland's "United Edition". Every Swiss pack has them.
Check instead whether it's a Swiss edition. Swiss stickers are on thicker paper and fill a Swiss album.
Myth "Is there a black-border parallel in every country's packs?"
Busted Black parallels are only in US & Canada packs, and each one is a single copy, a 1/1.
Check instead the edition. A black-border sticker on a borderless (Latin American or international) design would be suspicious.
