everystickers.com ("we", "us") sells Latin-American edition football stickers and albums from New Jersey. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and what you bought.
- If you create an account: your email and a password, which is stored in a form we can't read.
- Payment details: your card is entered on Stripe's secure form. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: cookies remember your cart, your country and whether you're signed in. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. We use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies, to see how visitors find and use the site and which visits lead to an order. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How we use it
- To process, pack and ship your order.
- To email you about your order: confirmation, shipping and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions.
- To prevent fraud and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We don't send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store, and only what each needs:
- Stripe: payment processing
- ShipStation, USPS and UPS: shipping labels, delivery and tracking emails
- Resend: sends our order emails
- Google: Google Analytics measures visits and orders on the site
- Vercel, Railway and Supabase: host our website and store data
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, generally up to seven years. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@everystickers.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as completed orders, we must keep for tax purposes. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor them.
Children
Our store is meant for adults. If you're under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
